As far as your question regarding the back sitting higher, that is not a problem since the Explorer has the natural rear end sag. He'd never own another one. I Want light bars an both the front and back. Now the Explorer rode smooth for a truck and the pick-up was great, but then little things started to happen immediately after purchase. . Which make it impossible to get into the back of the truck. I loved it at first because I wanted a change from my previous car, a Toyota Corolla which was an excellent car - no problems for 10 years until someone totaled it.
